Beauty Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will work in a luxury retail environment, building lasting relationships with clients and driving sales of premium beauty brands. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, offering personalized advice and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team and stay updated on brand offerings.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and selling managers to support brand initiatives.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and provide assortment recommendations.
• Participate in all educational sessions, product trainings, and seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods regarding events, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and coordinate with management when needed.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber‑security measures.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets, with at least two years in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for specific brands.
• Prior experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
