Beauty Advisor – Diptyque

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew as a Beauty Advisor for the iconic Diptyque brand. You will create lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent a luxury beauty experience in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team and assist in visual merchandising, floor recovery, and price changes.
• Identify marketing opportunities, support event execution, and provide assortment recommendations to management.
• Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management on escalations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment, preferably luxury retail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
