Beauty Advisor – Chantecaille

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty team as a Beauty Advisor for the Chantecaille brand. You will build lasting relationships with clients, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and management on merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Execute visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and other sales‑support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels about events, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with privacy and security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Two or more years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
• Prior luxury retail experience is preferred.
