Beauty Advisor – Luxury Cosmetics (Sisley)

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty team in Vancouver as a Beauty Advisor for the Sisley brand. You will create memorable experiences for clients, drive sales, and represent a world‑renowned cosmetics line in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets through commission‑based performance.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team and assist with visual merchandising, floor recovery, and price changes.
• Identify marketing opportunities, support event execution, and provide assortment recommendations to store management.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods for follow‑up, event invitations, and special requests.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management on escalated matters.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment, preferably luxury retail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver high‑level customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of luxury cosmetics and makeup application techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to use store POS systems and basic retail software.
