Beauty Advisor – Acqua Di Parma

About the role

The Beauty Advisor for Acqua Di Parma will work within Holt Renfrew’s luxury beauty department, delivering exceptional service and driving sales of the brand. You will build lasting relationships with clients, promote the product range, and represent the brand’s high‑end image.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and follow‑up communications.
• Share expert product knowledge with the wider store team.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and the selling manager on merchandising and assortment.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and suggest assortment improvements.
• Maintain visual standards, perform floor recovery, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong collaborative attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
