Barber (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Barber to join our busy Calgary studio. You will provide a full range of grooming services to clients, ensuring each visit meets their style preferences and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair according to client instructions.
• Shave and trim beards and mustaches, and offer scalp conditioning massages.
• Perform hair treatments such as waving, straightening, tinting and other styling services.
• Advise clients on suitable beauty care treatments and suggest styles that complement their features.
• Supervise junior stylists and other staff as needed.

Required profile

• Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, flexible and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Team player with sound judgement.
