About the role

This contract position offers finance and banking experts the chance to create high‑quality evaluation benchmarks for professional document understanding and instruction‑following tasks. The work is fully independent, schedule‑flexible, and performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Author complex, multi‑step tasks based on real‑world financial documents such as statements, reports, and spreadsheets, each linked to a precise ground‑truth output.
• Design objective evaluation rubrics that measure a model’s ability to reason over structured and unstructured financial data.
• Construct tasks covering document comprehension, quantitative reasoning, and instruction‑following across corporate finance, capital markets, and banking contexts.
• Integrate web‑search and code‑execution scenarios into task design to ensure outputs are verifiable and reproducible.
• Maintain domain authenticity and technical accuracy to uphold benchmark integrity.

Required profile

• Hands‑on expertise in at least one finance sub‑domain (investment analysis, corporate finance, banking & capital markets, financial management, or advisory).
• Ability to encode expert‑level reasoning patterns into structured, evaluable task formats.
• Strong command of financial statements, valuation methods, and professional analytical frameworks.
• Experience with complex financial models, data‑heavy reports, and precise ground‑truth definition.
• Comfort operating as an independent contractor with self‑directed workflow and weekly deliverables.
