About the role
We are looking for an Automotive Repair Technical Advisor to join our team at ST-ONGE FORD INC. in Shawinigan. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information, billing support, and post‑sale assistance for vehicle repair services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and explain the type, cost, risks and benefits of repair services.
- Prepare and issue receipts, invoices, refunds, credits and manage billing processes.
- Maintain accurate records, statistics and inventory of office supplies.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Perform general office duties and receive payments.
- Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale and monitor insurance claim status.
- Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
