Associate Project Management Consultant

About the role

Dokainish & Company is seeking an Associate Project Management Consultant to join its fast‑growing consulting team in Toronto. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work alongside senior consultants on diverse client engagements and deepen your expertise in project management within a structured, client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to plan, develop, and manage project work, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk/variance tracking.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including change control, action tracking, and issue logs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing client‑facing communications, presentations, and reports with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to capture requirements and communicate updates.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering recommendations to meet project goals.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and internal team members.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in project management, project controls, or a related field.
• Strong analytical rigor and proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to grow within a fast‑paced consulting environment.
