Associate Director, Recruiting

About the role

Movable Ink is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Associate Director of Recruiting to lead its global hiring initiatives. Based in New York, you will oversee full‑cycle recruiting across six markets, partner with senior leaders, and drive a data‑informed talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small recruiting team covering the US, Canada, Costa Rica, UK, Germany, and Australia.
• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for all functions, ensuring quality of hire and meeting key metrics.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality candidates.
• Coach hiring managers on interview frameworks, assessment, and best practices.
• Manage the candidate experience from outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director on reporting, metrics, and overall recruiting strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of fast‑paced, high‑volume full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a recruiting team.
• Strong partnership skills with senior business leaders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
