Associate Director / Program Manager – Technology Portfolio (Contract)

About the role

The Associate Director/Program Manager will lead strategic technology programs for EQ Bank, driving the delivery of the Technology Portfolio. Reporting to the Infrastructure & Operations Leadership team, you will shape program governance, structure and value realization while working in a hybrid environment based in Toronto.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan and execute strategic technology programs aligned with the bank’s objectives.
• Design and implement program governance, organizational structures and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with dedicated Program Leaders and Sponsors to define scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Apply EQ Bank’s delivery methodology, policies and procedures to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor program performance, manage risks and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale technology programs in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of program governance, risk management and value realization.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
