Associate Customer Operations Manager

About the role

Deel is looking for an Associate Customer Operations Manager to become the primary point of contact for our global clients. In this role you will build lasting relationships, advise customers on operational and product matters, and help expand their use of Deel’s payroll and HR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face and voice of Deel for assigned clients, both internally and externally.
• Develop and nurture genuine customer relationships that translate into long‑term revenue growth.
• Provide strategic guidance on operational, compliance, and product‑related issues.
• Advocate for client needs within Deel, championing new features and capabilities.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand client usage of Deel’s solutions.

Required profile

• Passionate about building business relationships and solving complex, ambiguous problems.
• Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to deliver projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
