Sales and Merchandising Representative

About the role

This entry‑level position offers a pipeline to a future Sales Representative role at Labatt. You will support customer promotions, build displays, and work on events while developing sales and industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Building product and marketing displays and supporting events such as concerts, festivals, bar/restaurant launch parties and trade shows.
• Maintaining merchandising tools and promotional materials across sales channels and creating route‑to‑market plans for restaurants, bars and large retail stores.
• Conducting in‑person sales calls, managing a portfolio of customers and building relationships with Labatt’s extensive network.

Required profile

• Full, unrestricted driver’s licence and availability to work full‑time on a flexible schedule.
• Post‑secondary education and a passion for working with diverse people and learning sales from the ground up.
• Assertive, self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.

• Ability to take direction while demonstrating leadership and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
