About the role
Accenture Song is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead copywriting for pharma and life‑science brands. The role combines strategic storytelling with deep oncology expertise to deliver regulated, data‑driven content for healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee creative copy for multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring messages are compelling, compliant and aligned with brand strategy.
- Translate clinical data and prescribing information into clear narratives for HCPs, patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with art directors, strategists, data analysts and performance marketers to produce integrated campaigns across emerging media platforms.
- Lead MLR review processes and manage client feedback, presenting concepts and revisions confidently.
- Mentor and supervise junior copywriters, fostering their growth and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Required profile
- Proven experience in oncology or broader life‑science copywriting, with a track record of creating approved claims.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with complex data to shape messaging.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to pivot between strategic oversight and hands‑on execution.
- Experienced supervisor and mentor, skilled at developing talent.
- Excellent client‑facing abilities, able to lead presentations and navigate feedback.
