Associate Computer Application Support

About the role

The Support Field Services team at Bell is seeking an Associate Computer Application Support professional to provide analytical and technical assistance to our Field Operations groups. You will help keep internal web tools running smoothly while contributing to new application development that improves field productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, isolate, and debug issues reported by users of existing web applications and tools.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain new web applications and reporting solutions for Field Services.
• Perform unit testing and validate change requests or new feature implementations.
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure integrity and resolve anomalies.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities within current applications and implement enhancements.
• Create and maintain reference documentation for internal customers.
• Collaborate closely with team managers and other business units.
