About the role

Join Maxi as a full‑time day assistant and help create an exceptional shopping experience for customers across Canada. You will work on the store floor, supporting customers, maintaining product displays, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service at every stage of the shopping journey.
• Stock shelves, ensure product availability, and keep aisles tidy.
• Implement promotions and company programs as directed.
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and support loss‑prevention efforts.

Required profile

• Availability to work the required day shifts.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb (approximately 23 kg) as needed.
• Strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
