About the role

The role involves assembling, adjusting and installing prefabricated modules and sub‑assemblies for aircraft structures. Working under the supervision of the REAP, the assembler operates on technical dossiers to ensure quality and compliance with Airbus Atlantic Canada standards, primarily on an evening shift (4 × 10 h).

Key responsibilities

• Perform all assembly operations following current health and safety rules.
• Assemble structural sub‑assemblies and complete aircraft cells from manufacturing dossiers.
• Adapt work to various mounting types, including large fuselage sections, hydraulic, fuel, oxygen, control and cabin insulation components.
• Interpret and read manufacturing and installation drawings.
• Set up and operate manual or automated machines and tools required for the task.
• Verify conformity of assemblies through appropriate inspections and controls.

Required profile

• Professional diploma (DEP) in structural assembly or system installation.
• Minimum five years of experience as an adjuster‑assembler in the aeronautical sector or a related field.
• Proven ability to read and understand aerospace technical language and drawings.

Required skills

• Interpretation of aerospace technical drawings.
• Assembly of structural and system components.
• Use of manual and automated assembly tools.
• FOD (Foreign Object Debris) management.
