About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to generate high‑ticket sales meetings for our digital‑marketing services aimed at trade contractors. You will qualify leads, book qualified calls, and feed our closing team with a steady pipeline of prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach to contractor owners with $500K–$3M+ annual revenue using provided lead lists.
  • Qualify prospects using our scripted questions and ensure they meet booking criteria.
  • Book at least 15 confirmed appointments per week and maintain a 50%+ show‑rate.
  • Manage your pipeline and activity tracking in GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Continuously improve outreach performance through daily dialing and iteration.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B cold‑calling or appointment‑setting experience.
  • Proven ability to set appointments for established offers with a repeatable system.
  • Strong rapport‑building skills, able to engage business owners within 60 seconds.
  • Self‑motivated, competitive, and able to track personal metrics without prompting.
  • Desire to grow with a fast‑scaling company rather than just hold a job.
