About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead our Western Canada territory, covering British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. This field‑based position combines new‑business development with the management of existing accounts, representing a global leader in coding and marking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with regional growth targets.
- Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities across key sectors.
- Manage, retain and expand an existing customer base, driving long‑term value.
- Conduct on‑site client visits, product demonstrations and solution‑based sales engagements.
- Position a range of coding and marking technologies, including industrial inkjet printers, laser coders and labelling systems.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless customer delivery and support.
Required profile
- Proven success in a B2B sales role with both new‑business acquisition and account management.
- Experience within the packaging machinery sector.
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to understand customer production environments.
- Self‑motivated, commercially astute and results‑driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to travel across Western Canada and a valid driver’s licence.
