Account Manager – Sales (Beauty Industry)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Account Manager to drive sales for a leading professional haircare brand in the salon industry. Based in Montreal with a hybrid work model, you will build and expand relationships with salons, distributors and other beauty professionals, contributing directly to the brand’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of beauty industry accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with salons, distributors and industry partners.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and account support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and business development strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, haircare or professional salon sectors.
• Established relationships with distributors, salons or beauty professionals is a strong asset.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and driving revenue.
• Passion for the beauty industry and up‑to‑date knowledge of trends.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events; valid driver’s license required.
