Account Manager – Electronic Security Solutions

About the role

Securitas Technology Canada is seeking an Account Manager to grow and maintain a portfolio of electronic security customers. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will promote our video, access, intrusion and integrated systems while delivering profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close new B2B sales opportunities within an assigned territory or market segment.
• Visit client sites, assess needs, propose innovative security solutions and conduct equipment demonstrations.
• Prepare professional proposals, deliver sales presentations and respond to tenders or bids.
• Follow‑up on proposals, address customer concerns promptly and ensure a “Customer First” experience.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to support client retention and upsell opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training and industry trade shows.
• Develop sales forecasts, prepare paperwork for order processing and submit accurate reports.
• Create marketing aids such as mailers to promote Securitas solutions.

Required profile

• University degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Strong IT or security‑market knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales performance.
• Demonstrated ability to position and close solution‑based sales.
• Highly motivated, professional and energetic with excellent time‑management.
