Account Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Rogue380 is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the engine that keeps client accounts running smoothly. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs into clear project direction and ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery of creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Act as day‑to‑day liaison for assigned clients, leading weekly status calls and managing ongoing communication.
• Clarify incoming requests, convert evolving inputs into actionable tasks, and flag scope, timing, or resource risks early.
• Partner with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, Operations) to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with approved strategies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers; coordinate internal review cycles to ensure work is strategically sound and presentation‑ready.
• Manage feedback loops, consolidate notes, prioritize revisions, and ensure approvals are documented.
• Support the creation of briefs, proposals, and statements of work by gathering requirements and confirming deliverables.
• Track change requests and scope shifts, escalating when work moves out of scope.
• Monitor budget, hours, and capacity, flagging potential overruns and assisting with resourcing oversight.
