Account Executive – Restaurant SaaS Sales

About the role
Otter is looking for an energetic Account Executive to join its fast‑growing team in Toronto. You will sell Otter’s restaurant‑focused software suite to new restaurant partners across North America, guiding prospects from the first cold call through to a closed‑won deal.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting – make at least 80 cold calls per week to restaurant owners.
- Present and demo Otter’s product portfolio, tailoring the pitch to each restaurant’s needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including follow‑ups, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Address client questions promptly and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of full‑cycle sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong work ethic and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in person.
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI targets consistently.
