Territory Manager – Greater Montreal Area (Contract)

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Canada is seeking a Territory Manager for the Greater Montreal Area on a fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on driving volume, market share and brand equity for a portfolio of leading beverage brands while managing route execution and account relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, weekly and quarterly territory coverage to meet quota and distribution objectives.
• Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution by building long‑term relationships with on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
• Conduct product tastings and education sessions for customers.
• Execute sales calls using the company’s Structured Call methodology.
• Report competitive activities and provide constructive suggestions.
• Prospect, qualify and quantify new accounts that fit the brand portfolio.
• Manage the assigned budget as required.

Required profile

• Current associate of Breakthru Beverage Canada (internal candidate).
• Willingness to submit application through the internal Career Portal.
• Full‑time availability for a fixed‑term contract ending March 2028.
• Ability to work in the Greater Montreal Area.
