Regional Sales Manager – Quebec (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to support our growth in the Quebec region. Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director, you will execute the national commercial strategy and act as the face of Nespresso to retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with managers and sales teams of retail partners.
• Ensure optimal Nespresso product presence through merchandising excellence and flawless in‑store execution.
• Analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Negotiate premium placements and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.
• Manage demonstration programs and contribute to training of brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales and execution objectives.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong experience in merchandising and retail execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and capability to translate data into action plans.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel throughout the territory.
• Post‑secondary education in Business Administration or related field.
