Strategy Consultant - Health

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Consultant with a focus on the health sector. You will work with public and private health organizations to design and implement strategies that improve access, outcomes, and patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects for provincial health systems, hospitals, health technologies and care providers.
• Develop practical road‑maps for strategy execution, change management and value delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to create and sustain long‑term strategic solutions.
• Provide guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of strategy consulting experience.
• 2+ years working with health‑sector clients, preferably within the Canadian system.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and guide senior leaders through transformation.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
