About the role

Join the Banquets team at Hotel Arts Group as a Steward (Dishwasher). You will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of all dishware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment for busy events.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and related items.
• Receive, organize, and store equipment, china, and plateware after events.
• Wash kitchen equipment, inserts, and ensure all work areas are tidy.
• Maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.
• Complete all tasks to set up the morning team for success.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 lb consistently.
• Flexible schedule – availability for nights, weekdays, holidays, and weekends.

Required skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
