Shipper/Receiver – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking, independent and positive individual to join our warehouse team as a Shipper/Receiver. You will be responsible for moving parts, supplies, equipment and stock in and out of our facility while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ship, receive and record movement of parts, supplies, materials and equipment.
• Determine shipment methods, prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other documents.
• Email order confirmations and packing slips to customers.
• Provide product information such as stock levels and pricing.
• Assemble containers, pack products and affix shipping labels.
• Inspect incoming goods, verify against invoices and record shortages.
• Unload trucks and operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment.
• Organize and pick orders for freight or courier shipment.
• Process call‑in orders, print waybills and labels.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and perform general housekeeping.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Standard math ability and basic computer proficiency.
