District Manager

About the role

The District Manager leads a group of service routes, ensuring high productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety. Reporting to the Service Manager, the role may also include overseeing a service center when managing more than seven routes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and motivate the district team through training, daily check‑ins, and positive work culture.
• Maintain customer loyalty by conducting visits, audits, new installations, and problem‑solving.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and service SOPs.
• Drive revenue growth by up‑selling, cross‑selling, and expanding the product mix.
• Monitor competitive activity and manage promotions, contests, and customer relationships.
• Communicate policy changes, oversee route organization, and project a professional image.
• Perform general route duties and safely operate a delivery vehicle as needed.
• For Senior District Managers, secure the service center, manage inventory, deposits, and paperwork.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license, age 21 or older, with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and route sales abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Good time‑management, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions.
• Accurate recognition and counting of product colors, sizes, and types.
