About the role

Earls is seeking a passionate Shift Manager to join its leadership team and help run multimillion‑dollar restaurant locations. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure a smooth, profitable operation while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Exemplify leadership using core values and set a strong example for the team.
• Coach and support employees, addressing potential issues to maintain profitability and smooth operations.
• Train staff on food and drink delivery while engaging guests in authentic conversation.
• Solve problems through multitasking, communication, and empowered decision‑making.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and passion for the guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership‑focused role.
• Strong commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and a fun work environment.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and participate in coaching and mentorship.
• Ability to work legally in Canada.
