Guest Arrival Expert - Seasonal

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at our waterfront resort. You will create memorable first and last impressions by delivering personalized service throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Process operational tasks such as luggage handling, room assignments, and departure paperwork.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation of guest interactions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
