Regional Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee multiple Real Fruit Bubble Tea locations across Canada and the United States. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and brand consistency while traveling regularly to stores to provide on‑site support.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to store locations on a regular basis to coach, support and evaluate on‑site performance.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Operations Manager and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
• Measure performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, evaluate and develop store managers and their teams.
• Deliver training, coaching and, when necessary, disciplinary actions to uphold company standards.
• Enforce brand and training standards uniformly across all stores.
• Lead local sales and marketing initiatives while contributing to company‑wide growth strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Regional Manager in the QSR or food‑service industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multi‑unit operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual ability in Chinese, Vietnamese or Tagalog is a strong asset.
• Experience in frontline support and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel (100 % travel required) and availability to work six days a week, including weekends and holidays.
