Server – Food and Beverage Services

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join our restaurant team. You will be the face of the dining experience, welcoming guests, presenting menus, and ensuring every meal is served with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Present bills and process payments using cash, credit/debit cards, travellers' cheques, or room billing.
• Describe menu items and daily specials, offering recommendations and answering guest questions.
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly after service.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

Required profile

• Excellent oral communication and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
