You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership, driving excellence in talent acquisition across North and South America.

Missions principales

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact technical roles (Engineering, Product, and Design).
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Execute creative sourcing techniques to build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines across Argentina, Canada, and the USA.
• Ensure a seamless, high-touch, and positive candidate experience at every stage of the funnel.
• Lead interview processes, manage offer negotiations, and drive successful hires.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising internal teams on recruitment best practices and market trends.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter, specifically within the tech sector (Software Engineering, Product, Design).
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, international recruitment processes (Americas region).
• Strong ability to build deep, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders.
• A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
