Senior Operations Manager – Director of Operations

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager (Director of Operations) will act as the right‑hand to the Founder & CEO, turning vision into day‑to‑day reality. You will own the operational engine that supports high‑ticket coaching, consulting and implementation services for agency owners generating $1M‑$10M+ in revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and automate operating systems for Sales, Marketing, Success and Admin departments.
• Translate high‑level strategic goals into detailed project plans with owners, timelines and milestones.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensuring teams meet KPIs and maintain a consistent rhythm of daily, weekly and quarterly reviews.
• Identify and implement operational levers that increase output and revenue without proportional headcount growth.
• Own the technology stack, integrating project‑management, CRM and communication tools and ensuring proper usage.
• Build and maintain a centralized Knowledge Base containing all SOPs, processes and AI‑agent integrations.
