Senior Designer – Exhibit & Creative Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead the creative vision and execution of exhibit projects across our global studios. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging, brand‑aligned experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in the design process to create compelling exhibit concepts.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely project development and delivery.
• Research client brands and project objectives to inform design decisions.
• Generate multiple ideas rapidly through sketching and visualisation.
• Attend internal and external planning meetings and present concepts to clients.
• Prepare complete creative packages for client submission.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in a major design field.
• 5+ years of experience in exhibit design.
• Background in industrial design or a similar creative discipline.
• Strong ideation and presentation abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of manufacturing techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sketch‑Up.
• Experience using Vray rendering suite (asset).
• Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
