Senior Analyst, Center for Inclusive Growth

About the role

The Center for Inclusive Growth at Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Vice President of Operations. This role focuses on managing administrative processes, tracking payments for the Mastercard Impact Fund, and ensuring compliance with internal documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Track, submit, reconcile, and file all payment requests for the Mastercard Impact Fund.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, trackers, and procedural guides for accurate record‑keeping.
• Collect, organize, and review interim and final reports from grantees for completeness and compliance.
• Assist with sourcing requests, contract intake, and payment processes in partnership with Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Support the use of data and AI‑enabled tools to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and data quality.
• Manage file organization and document storage for the team.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in an operational or administrative capacity.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
