Script Writer – Content Creator

About the role

The Writer is the voice behind Martell Group’s content, crafting copy, captions, scripts, and written assets that perform across every platform. This fully remote position reports to the Creative Producer and balances brand consistency with intelligent AI‑assisted workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Write platform‑native social copy and captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Threads.
• Develop hooks, calls‑to‑action, and caption structures that drive engagement.
• Create and refine scripts for YouTube episodes, short‑form videos, and branded content.
• Build repeatable written frameworks for recurring series and formats.
• Produce titles, descriptions, and metadata optimized for SEO, AEO, and GEO discoverability.
• Write promotional copy for episode launches, newsletters, campaigns, and paid ads.
• Collaborate with Social and Creative Producers to align written content with visual direction and audience expectations.

Required profile

• Strategic creative who understands the impact of each word on brand perception.
• Ability to write in distinct brand voices without defaulting to generic or AI‑only content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to authenticity.
• Comfortable working fully remotely and collaborating across teams.

Required skills

• Expertise in writing social media copy, scripts, and long‑form content.
• Knowledge of platform‑specific best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads).
• SEO‑focused writing for titles, descriptions, and metadata.
