SAP S4 Enterprise Asset Management Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP S4 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead to drive large‑scale digital transformation projects. You will work with global clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4 EAM solutions that improve asset planning, procurement, accounting, and maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the detailed design and build of SAP S/4 EAM modules within a global template.
• Collaborate with senior client leaders to define strategy, set near‑term goals, and negotiate key project decisions.
• Manage and mentor large, multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Demonstrate how SAP EAM/IAM can solve complex business challenges and drive value.
• Provide coaching, foster continuous learning, and promote a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering full‑lifecycle SAP implementations, both local and global.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4 EAM and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior managers and clients.
• Ability to influence decisions and manage pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
