About the role
Join Openbox Sunridge as a Retail Sales Associate in our electronics specialty shop. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, handling sales, payments and product inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payments and operate the cash register.
- Advertise, promote and provide customer service for home electronics products.
- Train new staff and assist in merchandise display.
- Process online sales transactions and provide price, warranty and delivery quotes.
- Maintain sales records for inventory control and prepare merchandise for purchase or rental.
Required profile
- Adaptable, energetic and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Honest, reliable and punctual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player who can work under pressure and pay attention to detail.
Required skills
- POS cash register operation.
- E‑commerce transaction processing.
