Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast‑paced dining environment. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of customer service, food safety, and team performance while supporting a Mediterranean‑style menu.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain work schedules to meet service demands.
• Order food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient needs, and manage inventory records.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including food preparation, portioning, tray assembly, and trolley delivery.
• Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints, prepare reports, and submit budget and cost estimates.
• Hire and onboard new food‑service staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or food‑service supervision.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transportation.
• Flexibility, initiative, and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine and related culinary techniques.
• Ability to manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
