Remote Appointment Setter – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, fluent‑English speaker to join our international coaching and marketing agency as a Remote Appointment Setter. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, ensuring our Program Advisors have a steady flow of qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts and follow‑ups to leads promptly and professionally.
• Engage prospects in natural conversations to qualify interest and schedule appointments.
• Enter accurate notes, updates and follow‑up tasks into our CRM system.
• Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled calls to maximise show‑rates.
• Collaborate closely with Program Advisors and the marketing team to improve lead flow and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication and minimal accent.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet daily outreach quotas.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and consistent follow‑through.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely while being accountable for hitting targets.
