About the role
Co-Creative Digital is looking for a full‑time Remote Administrative Assistant to keep daily operations running smoothly. You will support scheduling, communications, and coordination across teams while helping with client interactions and project logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Organize digital files, maintain documentation, and ensure version control.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing projects, including social media and email campaigns.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients.
- Support workflow optimization and track project milestones.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in administrative support and familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Degree or coursework in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Experience using email platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based document management systems.
