Regional Sales Manager – International

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities across an international market from our Montreal office. You will shape strategy, build long‑term partnerships and drive revenue growth for DART Aerospace.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned international region.
• Identify new leads, develop opportunities and convert prospects into long‑term partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and ongoing account support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy and deal structuring.
• Drive strategic projects that enhance business performance.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and long‑term business plans.
