Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures that all food and beverage operations at BC Place Stadium meet the highest standards for safety, consistency, and guest experience. Reporting to both Culinary and Concessions leadership, this role supports event‑day operations across kitchens, concessions, suites, and club areas.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with FoodSafe, WorkSafe BC, and internal safety policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of concession outlets, kitchens, storage areas, and equipment.
• Verify temperature logs, product rotation, labeling, and allergen controls.
• Support corrective actions and follow‑up on audit findings.
• Evaluate food presentation, portioning, holding quality, and guest‑facing standards during live events.
• Provide feedback to Culinary and Concessions leadership to maintain premium food experience.
• Assist in onboarding and continuous training for culinary and front‑of‑house teams on food safety and hygiene.
• Coach staff on proper handling practices during pre‑opening and service checks.
• Maintain detailed inspection records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance within a high‑volume hospitality or stadium environment.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage dual reporting lines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough audits.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching and feedback.
