About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Purchase Order Entry Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will be the central hub for purchase order data, ensuring accuracy and timely communication across design, sales, production, vendors, buyers, and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain purchase orders in the internal database, guaranteeing up‑to‑date information.
- Provide order‑related updates and follow‑ups to the purchase order and operations teams.
- Act as the communication link between design, sales, production, vendor, buyer, and client teams.
- Keep internal teams informed and aligned on order status and related details.
- Communicate daily with vendors, buyers, and clients to resolve any issues.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase order entry, data entry, operations, or a related field.
- Experience in the apparel industry is an asset.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize in a fast‑paced, multi‑priority environment.
- Highly detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and proactive problem‑solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Outlook 365.
