Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

Join a national leader in construction to drive technological innovation across the company. Reporting to the team leader, you will oversee end‑to‑end technology projects and ensure they are adopted by internal construction teams nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and schedules; keep plans up to date and monitor progress.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of project managers and subject‑matter experts.
• Develop and execute deployment strategies tailored to each audience, working with communications, change‑management and training partners.
• Promote adoption of delivered solutions, validate alignment with end‑user needs and adjust as required.
• Present results to senior leadership and track performance indicators for each initiative.
• Utilise project management tools such as JIRA and the Office Suite to drive delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in technology and/or construction.
• Degree in business or engineering.
• Strategic thinker with strong influence and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with solid stress‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• JIRA
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Power BI (analytics)
• PMP or ACP certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of robotics, artificial intelligence and Internet of Things
