About the role
White Spot is seeking a motivated Prep Cook to join its kitchen team on a morning/daytime schedule. You will work with high‑quality, locally sourced ingredients in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, helping to lay the foundation for every menu item.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and execute the first steps for menu dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and food‑safety standards throughout the prep area.
- Organize and stock workstations to support smooth service flow.
- Collaborate with line cooks and chefs to ensure consistency and quality.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food preparation.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Food Safe Level 1 accreditation preferred.
- Availability to work morning shifts.
Required skills
- Food Safe Level 1 certification (or equivalent).
