Performance Strategy Senior Associate – Consulting

About the role

Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, is seeking a Performance Strategy Senior Associate to join its Americas team. The role blends analytical work with hands‑on implementation, helping leading companies achieve rapid, sustainable results across process improvement, supply‑chain optimisation and back‑office transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Work directly with stakeholders from the shop floor to the C‑suite to implement solutions.
• Drive process‑improvement, supply‑chain and back‑office transformation projects.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes rather than just reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or MBA with a distinction‑level average.
• Up to six years of commercial experience, preferably after completing an MBA.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Ability to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Solid quantitative and mathematical abilities.
