Oracle HCM Cloud Technology Lead

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Lead to design, implement, and support Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules for Canada public‑sector clients. The role requires deep knowledge of Canadian payroll, pension and benefits processes and the ability to translate complex technical solutions for both technical teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules for Canadian public‑sector projects.
• Lead client engagements, covering integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules.
• Guide projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure smooth delivery and optimal system performance.
• Translate complex technical designs into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post‑implementation.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of IT experience and 12 years of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience, specifically for Benefits, Core HR, and Payroll in Canada.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
